It's actually pretty simple!  Maverick Software Consulting provides Onsite Lead(s) that works at the client site with the client’s software development and software testing teams.  We also provide Offsite Team Lead(s) that works with the Students at the remote office location.  The Offsite Team Lead is responsible for interviewing the Students, training and mentoring the Students and the day to day management of the Students.

The client’s software development and software testing teams work directly with the Maverick Software Consulting Onsite Lead.  They also have the option of working directly with the Offsite Lead and the Students at the remote office location.   The Onsite Lead, Offsite Lead and Students are all setup in the clients e-mail system.  Everyone’s schedules are made available to make it easy for the members of the software development and software testing teams to contact the people they are working with directly.

The tasks that the Students complete can be a simple as execute prewritten test cases and reporting the results back or as complicated as  having the Students help with the entire development life cycle (from reviewing requirements and design documents, to creating and developing the code, unit testing and providing production support once the code has been releases).
